We needed to call David out last Sunday for an issue with our fuse box. David was completely up front about the callout fee and the fact he and his team were quite busy and kept us up to date with his progress and ETA. Once here, David methodically worked through and ultimately fixed our issue. Amazing service provided by David at Briggs electrical! We lost power yesterday morning (public holiday) due to a faulty main fuse box. Once we knew this was the issue David attended within an hour, replaced the fuse box and power was back on shortly afterwards. (Even our energy company was surprised we were able to get this done on a public holiday). David is professional to deal with, explains what needs to be done and details costs upfront so there’s no surprises. Highly recommend!
